Analyze project records, schedules, costs, and correspondence to support construction claims and commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts, notices, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and project records.
• Analyze delay, disruption, variation, and cost information.
• Prepare claim chronologies, supporting calculations, and clear analytical reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, QS, construction, law, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction claims/project controls experience.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and schedule/cost analysis skills.
