Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed material, labor, and subcontractor takeoffs.
• Develop estimates, assumptions, exclusions, and pricing summaries.
• Review design changes and update estimates throughout project stages.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in construction, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction estimating experience.
• Strong Excel and estimating software skills; attention to detail required.
