Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, historical estimates, and pricing data using AI-assisted workflows.
• Validate AI-generated quantities/prices and identify exceptions.
• Develop repeatable estimating workflows and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in QS, estimating, construction, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of estimating/QS experience.
• Strong Excel/data skills and practical experience with AI tools.
