Design and develop residential projects from concept through construction documentation, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, code awareness, and constructability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and client requirements.
• Revise drawings based on design reviews, site conditions, and project changes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field; professional registration preferred.
• 3+ years of residential design/documentation experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software.
