Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, bills of quantities, and cost reports.
• Review drawings/specifications and assess scope changes.
• Support tendering, valuation, cost control, and commercial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of QS experience.
• Strong measurement, Excel, estimating, and construction documentation skills.
