Key Responsibilities

• Develop an AI adoption roadmap and role-based learning programs.
• Lead champions, workshops, playbooks, and internal AI support resources.
• Measure adoption and business impact and continuously improve the program.

Qualifications

• Degree in training, business, IT, AEC, or related field.
• 4+ years of learning, change management, operations, or digital adoption experience.
• Strong facilitation, program management, and practical AI knowledge.
