Key Responsibilities

• Track budgets, commitments, actual costs, progress, and schedule performance.
• Prepare dashboards, forecasts, variance reports, and management summaries.
• Identify trends and risks and coordinate corrective-action information.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project controls experience.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills and familiarity with project management systems.
